Fittings include a private 1-hour consultation that results in capturing custom specs, selecting available options, choosing the coolest style, and completing the order form exactly how you need it.
Schedule a 1 hour fitting for $100 and an additional $50 per 30-minute extension. The fitting fee will apply to the purchase of your equipment should you complete the order.

Top End warrants the frames when purchased new and unused to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase from Top End or a dealer, with a copy of the seller’s invoice required for coverage under this warranty. Top End warrants the upholstered materials (seat and back) and remaining components of this product when purchased new and unused to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of thirteen (13) months from date of purchase from Top End or a dealer, with a copy of the seller’s invoice required for coverage under this warranty
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR CUSTOM DESIGN:
Customizing your chair, adding it to the cart, and compeleting the checkout process will trigger Top End Customer Service to reach out to you to schedule a fitting and start the quoting process.HOW TO SCHEDULE YOUR FITTING AND WHAT TO BRING:
Once you submit your completed design, we will contact you to schedule your fitting. You will want to plan for an hour session and bring a tape measurer. If you can have a helper join and bring your current equipment that can be helpful.
WHERE IS THE FITTING HELD?:
All fittings are held virtually. You will receive a link that will allow you to log into your fitting . If you want to travel to Florida for an in person fitting please let customer service know and we will be happy to schedule you.IS FINANCING AVAILABLE?:
Yes! Customer Service will provide you a completed quote after your fitting that will tell you the final amount due. If you choose to finance, we will provide a link to checkout to apply.DO I NEED A FITTING TO APPLY FOR A GRANT?:
Typically, yes. You will want a finalized quote to present in your grant application.TARIFF SURCHARGE:
